We use Donchicchi brand red-throated black-throated fish landed at Hamada Fishing Port in Shimane Prefecture, which is processed (scales and internal organs removed) and frozen. It will be delivered packaged in 2 pieces.
Each fish is packed individually, so you can thaw only the amount you need.
